The UW-Eau Claire men's hockey team moved up in both the USCHO.com and D3hockey.com Top 15 national rankings, announced February 4.
In the D3hockey.com poll, the Blugolds are ranked second and also received two first-place votes. They were ranked fourth a week ago.
In the USCHO.com poll, Eau Claire is fourth and received one first-place vote. Last week, the Blugolds were tied for fifth.
The Blugolds hold an 18-3-2 overall record and secured at least a share of this year's NCHA title this past weekend.
They will close out the regular season with a game Friday at home against St. Scholastica (Minn.) and will be at UW-Superior on Saturday.
